Credit card problem

My computer was compromised so I had to cancel all credit and debit cards and have them reissued. In PayPal I deleted the original credit card and added the new debit and credit cards and they are in my wallet.

I've tried to pay for an item from the email I was sent saying to pay now. That takes me to the checkout page which still shows the old card and not the new ones so it doesn't let me pay.

I've also tried logging on to PayPal, going into settings, security, permissions I've given, to choose eBay and remove it and eBay isn't there!!

I've emailed PayPal twice and phoned twice. The calls haven't been returned and the email gave me instructions on how to add and delete cards!
