Have been trying to update my personal info on my account since yesterday. To my surprise, the credit card number that I use to buy on ebay for instance, and that I’ve just used a few days ago, was DECLINED! I called my visa to see if I had been victim of fraud but no, everything is fine with visa.
why has paypal declined that card and every other card I’ve tried? This is insane!
also, I can’t get my cell number confirmed! They don’t send me a verification code.
this is terribly annoying as I have purchases I’d like to make and can only do them thru paypal.
nobody answers the phone, or emails.
