Creating PayPal Business Account For Shopify

Please, need to create a new business account for shopify, I'm based in EGYPT so how can i receive money or checkout for customer payments?

If i have USA mobile number and residential zipcode, can i use them?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
Also...
You need to read this policy as you are in 1 of the affected countries.
