Hello When i paid my last invoice i had dollars on my bank account balance but paypal took Lari's from my bank account and converted in dollars. Why didn't it take dollars right away, why it converted dollars into my country courency and then re converted into dollars but with PayPall course.

Because PayPal will send USD "right away" if you have a US issued bank or card account linked, not USD currency local bank or card account. There is a difference. If you wanted to designate a certain currency to use on your card to send money, you must call PayPal to set the card account to USD.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
