I had money direct deposited into my paypal account that I tried to transfer to my paypal prepaid mastercard account and I chose the option to pay the $10.00 fee to have it faster yet it is still pending. I have tried reaching customer service and keep getting a message saying they can't support my call and it hangs up on me. I have sent messages and haven't gotten replies to them. Can anyone offer some advice? I need access to this money as it is disaster assistance for my family
