Connected and confirmed jp bank but can't use.

I setup my Jp bank (jp post) to be connected to paypal. It was confirmed and I was even able to send one payment with it. But when I tried to send another payment it keeps telling me to add a payment method/bank. I check my wallet and it shows that my bank is still connected. I'm just unable to use it. What gives?
