I made a purchase on ebay and paid by credit card. PayPal is charging also on special purchase. What do I do???

I am not aware of an additional charge being applied for a special purchase, Is this in a separate transaction or within the same eBay transaction?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
