I was getting a refund from a jacket that I bought on Instagram and paid through cash app. The seller was having issues with their cash up so I wanted to send through here. I did and they sent it as a “seller/whatever” I don’t know because I only use it to buy like stuff online and didn’t know it would hold my $ because I’ve never sold anything so it looks weird on my account. The person won’t help me when I went through all the steps and put that it was like completed the “service” which was the refund, yesterday’s date, and just said it needed her to confirm. Now they won’t do anything on their side and keep telling me to “contact PayPal” because they already paid me the $ and don’t want me to refund if because to give me the $ back they’d lose $ due to fees even though I’m already losing $ from my refund from the fee on here
