I'll start by saying because this is my only option from PayPal to get help and not an actual person, I will be closing my PayPal account. Now, I have a buyer that sent payment for services. She gave me the confirmation number showing that she paid but it is not in my PayPal acct to accept into my bank acct. Where is this and how do I use the confirmation number given to find it?
