Confirm your U.S. taxpayer status Issue

Hi,

Since morning we are unable to receive payments from our international customers. In my paypal profile , it is asking me to confirm my US taxpayer status, but on the confirmation page is not allowing me to submit the form.

you are in India,did you open an account in USA?

I have the same issue:

- account in Hong-Kong

- company registered in Hong-Kong

- we answer all the questions about US residency, check all the checkboxes

- no way to click on the Confirm Button

This clearly look like a bug and it is very frustrating. Please escalate the issue to the devs.

Me too, me too...

We are having the exact same issue.  They requested us to complete the form a few days ago, under no combination of answers can we complete the form.

Have made screenshots and sent in a help request...

same issue, it says I have already submitted it but I haven't had the option to.

Was it resolved? Cos it's October 2020 right now and I'm facing the exact same issue too. Had messaged Paypal but it's been days and no one responded
