Confirm Receipt button?

I sent money for a service. The seller would like me to confirm receipt, which I am fine doing, but I see no option or button to confirm receipt. Does this not come up for a certain amount of time?  Would there be a reason that the button is no longer on PayPal?

The seller has to click "Add Tracking" button in the transaction details and select an order status first before the option is available on your end. When the seller does this, PayPal will send you out an email too to confirm receipt. If it doesn't say that, then just log on to your account and locate the transaction to find the button.

I have the same issue. In your case did they add the button and then you were able to confirm receipt?

I still have the same issue, even after the buyer updating shipping information I still canfind the button why is that??
