Completed transaction, with partial refund, stays in Pending

A completed Pay after Delivery item that has had a partial refund is still in my Pending list. How can I move this/get it moved to Completed?

Pending refunds can only happen for two reasons.

1. The seller has issued a refund from their bank account which takes time to process.

2. You funded the payment to the seller using bank transfer. What PayPal do here is credit the recipient on your behalf (so there is no delay in despatching your item). Then if you receive a refund in the meantime they are unable to issue this until the original bank transfer completes.

Thanks for the rapid response.

Transaction is old-ish (April) and all transaction activity has been completed! 

Yet this (Ebay purchase) still hangs around in Pending. Purchase was on April 13 (61.95) Refund was 6.95 (noted as to Paypal Balance, but...) Payment went from Bank on 27 April 55.00.

Still in Pending on part of Paypal Transaction History?

Any ideas why/how to sed it to 'Completed'?
