I bought an item online for 200 dollars via Paypal 6 days ago. I currently have my bank account listed as the primary payment method and a debit visa card as my backup. I just noticed I haven't been charged for the 200 dollars, but if I check my paypal it says that the purchase has been completed. Does this mean that the transaction is complete, and that the sellers has the money? If so how? Is there still a chance they don't have the funds? The item I bought is a pre-order item and I'd really like to make sure this transaction goes through.
Any thoughts?
