I had an issue with paypal and the customer service is the worst. i was seeking help from past 10 days. my customer service agent was rude and don't help me with my questions and issues. i told him to transfer my case to the manager or complaints department but he was rude and don't help me. i want to go to complaints department. please help me. i am receiving poor customer service and bad response from past few days. never experience such a bad service.
