Howdy! Okay so earlier I sold a commission to somebody; nothing wrong, everything worked out nicely, I got the money and they got their art; the only problem however is when they were sending the money; they didn't specify that it's digital artwork and NOT a physical package.
So my question is; how do I let paypal know that I'm not sending this person anything physical? They've gotten their art and I've been paid; but I was told on the summary the next thing to do was "Ship To The Address On This Page".
Any suggestions would be lovely; I just don't want any repercussions from a simple mistake. Thanks for reading.
