On April 24, 2020. I sent my friend $250.00 which still until this day she has received anything from that payment. I tried filing a claim but nothing was solved. PayPal overdrafted her account however. But I still have no clue where any of my money is at. Did I lose that money ?
Seller would not return any correspondence requesting status of the order and never shipped the product. PayPal did an inquiry but seller gave false USPS tracking number so PayPal would not follow up on my claim. I spoke with the USPS delivery person and they said that they did not deliver any package to my address. I lost my purchase and shipping costs. A very expensive lesson just to learn that PayPal does not support their customers.
