A client wanted to pay as a guest via Paypal so I sent her a request. When she clicks the link, it asks her to either sign in or sign up, there's no "pay as a guest" option. I tested this by sending myself an invoice and wasn't able to duplicate the issue (in either chrome or firefox) so I have no idea how to help her. Any tips? Thanks.

Hi FrancoeurLaw,
I am sorry to see that you have not received a response to your questions. Is your buyer in a different country? I ask this as not all countries have the facility to use the "guest account" option. It may be that their country does not offer it. Before we used to offer this to all countries but this has changed with most customers being requested to sign up for an account instead of using the guest option.
I hope this helps,
Paula
