Client payment is rejected by Paypal. Why?

  1. I sent an invoice to a client who has no paypal account. Her card was rejected twice. She called up the bank and said that her account has sufficient funds but Paypal is the one rejecting/reversing the payment.

Also upon clicking pay now from the invoice, she did not receive any notification.

There should be a notification right?

 

What to do?

The only things that comes to mind is the card info and the information entered is not matching or that card has been used x amount of times that a PayPal account has to be created. Use another card.

KYC not done. When I started an account with Paypal, I should have been sent a mail to complete KYC. However, they remained silent and when my clients toloka.yandex and clickworker tried to transfer money, Paypal rejected them. Paypal did not inform me. Is this fair ?
