Clicked wrong Dispute

Hi I bought an item off a seller on depop through PayPal over 1 week ago and never received my item it was delivered to a different address(not the one I provided) I contacted the seller I got no reply, I opened a dispute but I clicked unauthorised transaction instead of never receiving my item, the case was closed and I’m not getting a refund because I clicked the wrong one! I have got no response for PayPal, I have tried contacting them a numerous times can anyone help with this? Please and thank you.
