Claiming money

I sent two invoices. Both were paid. But saying pending and I received an email on both saying I need to claim the money. How? I’ve done what the email said but there’s no place for me to do that?!

Same! It keeps on telling me that I need to claim the money or else it’ll just go back to the woman that sent it however it won’t let me claim it it keeps on saying that I need to verify my PayPal but I’ve had a PayPal account for two years.
