Claimed money

Sent seller money, goods are faulty/broken. She says she hasn’t claimed the money but it says ‘completed’. I can’t cancel and seller says she can’t refund! What next?

Hi @Julz66,

 

I'm very sorry to hear about the trouble regarding your transaction, that's definitely a concern. If you see the transaction in your PayPal account as completed, you'll want to file a dispute against the transaction to ensure PayPal is able to investigate the transaction. I hope this helps!
