Iv'e got a problem..

When i press on claim money it says your request failed if you keep having trouble please contact the customer service..

What should i do now?

Was it being sent in a currency that you have added as a receiving currency in your paypal wallet?

Have you confirmed your email address?

Have you checked that they have sent to the correct email address that is linked to your paypal account?
