Claim my refund

Hi I got a refund from Ali express but the money isn't in my account and the seller sent me the receipt and it says money isn't claimed how do I claim it?

Sounds as if they 'sent' a payment rather than using the ''refund'' link.

If they had issued a refund then it would go back to the source of the payment, ie paypal balance back to paypal balance, bank back to bank and card back to card.

So ask them how they issued it and if it was via send funds then get them to double check the email address that they used to send the funds as they may have misplaced a dot / letter / spelling mistake.
