How come I keep getting a claim 62.04 USD message but when I do I can't find the transaction anywhere. I remember making it in oct 2019 but the recipient did not claim nor deny because the didn't have PayPal and didn't want it. Now I don't know where they are and I can't retrieve my money. What do I do, it's been nearly 5 months to but I keep getting a notice to claim. I go to claim and they say the can no longer find my transaction. I can't either
When a payment is not claimed, its refunded automatically after 30 days. No idea why you are getting this message about an old transaction. You can look back in your account activity to Oct/Nov 2019 to see if that payment was refunded or not.
