Why can I receive my funds w the 1 to 3 day option but it won’t allow me to accept my funds immediately. It tells me to add my bank info, and when I do, it states that my bank information is already in PayPal. This has gone on for 3 months now. Why can I not receive my funds right away. I know there is a 1% fee for accepting right away and I have no problem with that.
