Charged twice

Hi everyone,

Tried to pay with card for a eBay transaction  but didn't go through then I've used PayPal ,it went through.

Now the charge show up in my PayPal account plus another charge ,same amount ,  in my bank account ,the one linked to PayPal .

Am I being charged twice ?
