I am charged 2 times when i buy hosting from 1and1 hosting provider. I message them and they told me that they see only one transaction. On my paypal its show 2 transaction but when i try to get transaction id from both,its show only for second one. For first one says missing id. I have contacted my credit card provider and they confirm 2 transaction was created by paypal with same amount. 1 transaction was successful and one is still reserved even was created 3 days before second. I am waiting 9 days and still nothing. And help or suggestion will be appreciate . Sorry for my bad english.
