On May 18, 2020 my bank account was charged for two unauthorized transactions then I opened a dispute in the resolution center and PayPal refunded me the amount. Since there was insufficient funds in my bank account for the unauthorized transactions, my PayPal balance became negative so I asked my friend to send me the same amount in order to fill my negative PayPal balance. Today I checked my bank account movements and found out that PayPal reattempted and charged me and this time I had money in my bank account (I think because at first there wasn't sufficient fund in my bank account so it reattempted later and charged me). Therefore I got charged twice (once my bank account and once my PayPal balance). Will I be refunded automatically in the coming days? I called customer support but no one answered. Also I can't open another dispute with the same transaction! Could someone help me?
