I live in the UK and sold an item today for £197.95 to another UK buyer on eBay. When I logged into paypal, I could see that I'd been left with £187.95, as paypal had taken a £10.00 fee. This appears to be the fee for 'Rest of the World' transactions. Why have I been charged this? According to their website it should be £6.04
