I was charged twice for a single order: I paid once in full and again with 1/4 of an installment. At first, I was trying to pay in installments, but right at the checkout page the site crashed and the option to chose the installments was gone. I thought that the transaction was cancelled, so I decided to pay in full. However, I'm now being charged for the installments. They summary tab says they're pending, but my bank account has already been charged for it. I was just wondering if there's a way to cancel these payments, since I wasn't even able to confirm them, and have basically been charged twice.
