Charged for postage and postage label which I did not agree to

When I saw what PP was going to charge I deleted the form and went to USPS for shipment.  I now see that PP has charged me $45 for this.  Never hit the "do it" button-just deleted my activity.  So

I'm asking PP to refund my $..Bought and sold over 500 items and this is the 1st time it has happened.
