Changing my shipping address for buying stuffs

so basically I'm in Indonesia and I'm trying to buy stuff from grailed and ship it to my friend in America, since my credit card is linked to my account paypal which the billing address is in indonesia, why cant i change my preferred shipping address to my friend's address in america. can someone help me out

Paypal is 'country specific' so you can't add an international address to a paypal account.
