I sent a payment to someone using the email address provided. Paypal autocreated a name for that contact. I want to change the name from what was autocreated. How do I do that?
Thanks for reaching out on our Community Forum! The name shown on the transaction details is populated from the information the receiving user has registered on their PayPal account. Unfortunately that information can not be changed from your end.
