Changed my debit card number some eBay refunds say they are going to be credited to the old card

Hi @Chris67676,

Thank you for your post. Refunds are always credited to the payment method that was used to make the payment. If the card account is still open but is associated with a new number now, the amount that was refunded will still go back to that same account. If the card account is entirely closed, you can contact the card issuer to discuss disbursement options.
