Changed Credit card and recurring payment went off twice

A recurring payment came off my card as normal, I then changed my credit card, and am getting notifications that the seller is running the same debit order. 

Am i going to be charged twice for this payment?

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member! 

 

You should not be charged twice if the card details have been changed on your PayPal account. If you have been charged twice please open a dispute on the transaction or contact the merchant to request a refund. 

 

Here's how to open a dispute:

  1. Go to the Resolution Centre.
  2. Click Report a Problem.
  3. Locate the transaction you want to dispute.
  4. Click the radio button beside the transaction, and click Continue.
  5. Select the reason for your dispute, and click Continue.
  6. Follow the instructions on the page.
