Change to paying a friend

Hi. My friend sent me a payment by pressing pay for item rather than paying as a friend. She didn't realise that this would charge. She now wants to send another payment but can't change to pay with friend due to previously pressing pay for item. Can anyone on here help me to advise her how to change her payment to paying a friend? Thanx

Sender should be able to change to friends and family on a new transaction. Click on the "Change" link next to "Paying for an item or service" while making payment. Otherwise, friends and family is not available in their country. What country is the sender based in?

Or instead of using the app to send, use website or vice versa.

Friend is based in Israel. Do you know if they have the option for family and friends over there?
