Change of credit card to PayPal account

Hi.  I am waiting for a refund from a seller.  The credit card attached to PayPal has been lost therefore deactivated and another one issued.  
        
       The new card will be activated before the seller issues the refund.   Will it go into my account without issues.

Refund will go back to your closed card. Call the card issuer to let them know you are due a refund on the card. May be they can issue a refund check or move it to your new card if with same credit card company.
