I just realized this morning that I used the wrong bank account to pay someone through paypal, and it didn't have enough funds in it. My bank shows it returned a couple days ago but it doesn't show up on my paypal account as returned yet. How can I replace this payment with a different bank account that has enough funds and make sure the payee doesn't have a problem?
