I need to change a credit card used for a payment. I selected my Citibank card and I received a message from my bank asking me to verify my payment. After confirming with my bank that this transaction is correct, I proceed to continue with the transaction. Somehow, this is charged to my company credit card from another bank instead. Resolution Center says that I can’t file a case on this type of transaction. Can anybody help me?
