Cash load at store unclaimed

Yesterday I went to 7/11 to deposit $187 into my PayPal account. Using the app I download a barcode for the store clerk to scan. She took my money and gave me a receipt. I waited and waited only to find out that the money is showing up as a recent transaction but it never hit my account and is showing as “unclaimed.” This is really frustrating. Anyone have any knowledge of what I can do besides contact them on a holiday?

Have you figured out How to get your money I'm having the same issue. Accept mines with 1200 dollars for my rent that I can't access I'm going to lose my home over this **bleep**!

Have not received my loaded money from last night. I’ve done this several times without issue: how or who do I contact to get my money back ??
