Case opened against me but I haven’t heardfrom seller with combined postage yet

I am very upset that a case has been opened saying I haven’t paid for 2 items from one seller.  She is supposed to be letting me know when she has checked the combined postage at the post office.

it isn’t my fault & I can’t do anything until I hear from her.

No one can open a Paypal dispute against you, if this is an Ebay case for non-payment then you need to ask on Ebay forums.

However personally I would contact that seller and ask her why.
