Having problems making purchases on eBay. Keeps asking me to add a card. All ok at PayPal end, after several conversations with them. They have no solution. tried removing card and adding again. Still same problem. Anyone else have same issue.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
