PayPal covers both the PayPal payments and the card payments through our website but for some reason, recently some card payments have been failing. The customer enters there card details and it gets to the card processing page and then just takes them back to the homepage without processing the order or payment. The PayPal payments go through fine and so card payments also but the majority or card payments fail.
We have raised a ticket numerous times now and spoken over the phone with PayPal but nothing has been resolved.
Anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions?
