yesterday I changed my preferred card on PayPal from the Revolut to my bank card. Today I paid for a purchase online and PayPal attempted to get the money from my REvolut , before taking it from the now preferred card. It only took it from the preferred card once it found not enough funds on Revolut, which declined the transaction. Can anyone explain this? It wasn't meant to go through revolut at all.
