Cant use my PaypalBalance

Hi there i recently did virtual item selling and got enough money on my paypal balance to buy myself a game but when i try to buy it , it dosnt let me use my paypal balance instead it insists on using my credit card. What should i do? And there is no option to make my paypal balance my prefered method of paying.

You can't use a balance in your country.
