I have a personal paypal account and a business paypal account. Both are roughly 4 months old.
I have a bank/debit card linked in the personal account and am able to subscribe to services via paypal and pay with the debit card - however if I try to subscribe to my business paypal accounts subscription service with my personal paypal account it only allows me to use the linked bank account and does not give me the option to use my debit card (Which is on file).
Paypal is unable to help via chat/phone and does not know whats wrong.
TLDR: Why cant a customer pay for a paypal subscription using their linked debit card?
