Cant use PayPal to purchase from Ebay

Hello people,

i am trying to purchase an item but i cant. I am trying to use paypal when i am asked at checkout. I choose paypal and then it says that i need to give my card again to paypal. I logged in to paypal and i saw that it needs some kind of confirmation. They will put some money under 1 euro just to check if it works.... but now what can i do to continue?
