Hello, I am having trouble sending money from my bank account.
I linked my debit card and bank account and its set as preffered payment, because my paypal balance is zero. And no, i dont own a credit card.
Everything is set:
1. account created - check
2. bank confirmed - check / set as preffered payment method - check
3. email confirmed - check
4. mobile confirmed - check
5. link a card - not check as I dont own a credit card
Then I try to send money or add balance to my paypal account from bank and it says its unable to do it or something. And it keeps asking me for a credit card...
Please Help. Its a Maestro debit card from ING.
