Cant send money using my paypal balance

Hello, please help me somebody 🙂 

I have a problem to send money from Canadian paypal account to my slovak paypal account. I dont see option " use paypal balance" to send this money. As you can see on print screen i see only option within link a card, but im not sure about it. Can you please help me what to do?

If you are sending internationally then any 'balance' has to be in the correct currency.

If its not then you would have to fund it from a bank account or card and paypal would do the currency conversion for you.
