Cant send a payment

I am trying to pay a vendor and wgen it ask for payment option it will not give me option to pull in existing card. It wants me to enter card info and then do Link card but the card is already linked. It just keeps looping around. Will not let me choose existing card.

In this case, try to open a different web browser using your computer/desktop. Clear cache and cookies then reprocess the payment.
